    • How do I start my service?

      Give us a call at (414) 667-7829 or fill out our convenient online form to request a service! We'll schedule your first cleanup and determine the scooping schedule that's best for your needs.

    • Is a contract required?

      No. To stop your services, contact us at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled cleanup. A week's notice is preferred. Any prepaid funds will be refunded. 

    • Do I have to be home when you come to scoop?

      No. If your yard is fenced, we will need you to leave the gate unlocked for your scheduled cleanup. 

    • Can my dog be in the yard while you're here?

      In most cases, your dog can be present while we complete your services. However, if your dog will not allow us to clean or if you have an aggressive dog, we request that you keep the dog inside so we can safely scoop your yard.

    • Do you still work in inclement weather?

      Unless there is lightning, heavy rain, or snow that interferes with the quality of work we can perform, we will still arrive for your scheduled cleanup. We can typically make up a missed cleanup during the same week. You will not be charged for a missed appointment due to bad weather.

    • What days are you available for scooper service?

      We work Monday through Saturday.

    • What if my appointment falls on a holiday?

      When your scheduled cleanup falls on a holiday, we'll arrange service for another day that week. 

    • Do you offer a one-time service?

      Yes. Find out more about our one-time rates here!

    • How am I billed and how can I pay?

      On the date of service, you'll receive a statement. If you're not home, we'll leave your statement at the door. Payment can be sent via mail or online via Paypal.

    • What type of payments do you accept?

      Checks, cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and PayPal.

    • Do you have a referral program?

      Yes! Refer a new client to us and receive two regular service days free!

    • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

      If you're not satisfied with our services, we'll scoop your yard for free or issue a credit as long as you notify us within 24 hours after your scheduled service.

    • What areas do you serve?

      We pick up pet waste all over the Greater Milwaukee area, including West Allis, Greenfield, Greendale, Franklin, Hales Corners, Wauwatosa, Brown Deer, River Hills, Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Shorewood, Fox Point, Whitefish Bay, Bayside, Glendale, New Berlin, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Muskego, Sussex, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Delafield, Butler, Germantown, Menomonee Falls, Mequon/Thiensville, Milwaukee, Cedarburg, Mukwonago, Mount Pleasant and Sturtevant.
